Roby, MO. – The Roby Fire Department has announced and is mourning the loss of retired Fire Chief Annette Monroe.
The current Fire Chief, Jeff Reed spoke on her passing:

“Chief Monroe dedicated a majority of her life to the Fire and Emergency Services and was always there to help others when they needed it. She was loved and respected by all Firefighters, Chiefs, and other public service officials she worked with.”
Monroe is stated to have passed away in her home on Thursday, October 29th. Funeral arrangements have not been formally announced.
