Salem, AR Man Faces Over 50 Felony Charges

Salem, AR. – A man was arrested in Salem, AR for illegally accessing money from a victim’s bank account, and is facing over 50 Felonies as a result.

According to the probable cause affidavit, this case began as a victim had noticed some discrepancies on his bank statement from the Bank of Salem. The victim then discovered several thousand dollars were missing and reported the issue to law enforcement personnel.

Law enforcement reviewed security video footage from the bank, which showed a suspect making multiple withdrawals from the ATM machines present. The individual was identified as 39-year-old David Christopher Youngblood.

Youngblood was arrested shortly thereafter, and faces an individual Felony Charge for every fraudulent withdrawal he made, totaling up to 55. Each withdrawal was made between November 11th through February 19th, and totaled up to $7,050.

Youngblood’s bond is set at $10,000.
