Salem, MO. – A crash where a 16-year-old Salem driver collided with a school bus has led to their serious injuries, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.
This crash took place last week on Thursday, August 27th on 5659 Highway 32 in Dent County. A Salem school bus was stopped in traffic to allow children to exit the vehicle when a female 16-year-old driver of a Dodge Ram drove into the back of the bus.

The teen driver was found to be using a cell phone at the time of the crash, and was seriously injured. She was then flown by air amublance services to Mercy in Creve Coeur for further treatment.
