Salem, MO. Man Injured in Saturday Crash, Facing DWI Charges

Salem, MO. – One from Salem, MO. has been injured and hospitalized following a one-vehicle overturn crash.

This accident occurred on December 30th on Highway E at the merge of Highway K in Dent County. The vehicle in this crash was a Dodge Grand Caravan that was being driven southbound. The vehicle traveled off the left side of the roadway, struck the ditch, and ended up overturning.

The vehicle was totaled, and the driver, identified as Dillon Harrison, 28 of Salem, was inflicted with moderate injuries. He was taken to Salem Memorial Hospital for treatment.

Harrison was found to be not only unbuckled while driving but was also intoxicated at the time of the crash. He is facing charges including DWI, No Seat Belt, and Failure to Drive on the Right Half of the Roadway.
