Salem Woman Seriously Injured Sunday

Raymondville, MO. – A woman from Salem was involved in a one-vehicle overturn crash on Sunday, December 3rd, and has been seriously injured as a result.

This crash took place on Highway 137, roughly 2.5 miles north of Raymondville. The driver, Lydia Beyer, a 28-year-old woman from Salem, travelled off the roadway at 12:32pm while moving northbound. Her vehicle, a GMC truck, was totaled as it overturned.

Beyer was not using her safety device at the time of the crash, and was seriously injured. Her injuries necessitated the use of medical transport to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston.

The investigator on this weekend crash is listed as Master Sergeant D.B. Pounds of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G.
