At 2:51 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 28, 2024, resident Robert Wallace, DOC No. 1153030,
was pronounced dead at South Central Correctional Center in Licking, Missouri.
Wallace was a 35-year-old resident serving a 21-year sentence for one count of third-degree assault involving a special victim, one count of resisting arrest by fleeing,
creating a risk of injury or death and four counts of endangering a corrections employee,
visitor, or offender by known contact with bodily fluids. Wallace was received in the
Missouri Department of Corrections on April 11, 2018.
An autopsy will be conducted.
