Couch, MO. – Howell-Oregon Electric Coop announced that their whole sale provider of energy, Sho-Me Power, will be committing to scheduled subsystem maintenance which will cause an outage in a local coverage area.
This will take place at the Couch substation between 4am to 6am on August 28th. 678 members of Howell-Oregon are expected to be affected by this outage.

This maintenance has been scheduled to impact the community as little as possible, and officials thank the public for their patience.
