West Plains, MO – The community is being asked by the West Plains Police Department to keep an eye out for a missing dog named Shiloh, who may have survived the recent flooding that tragically claimed the life of her owner.
Shiloh, who was believed to have escaped during the night of the flood, was possibly spotted in the Thornburg area near Armstrong Flooring. Her current whereabouts remain unknown.
The loss of her owner has added a layer of heartbreak to an already devastating situation. Friends and family are hopeful that Shiloh is still out there and that the community can help bring her to safety.
