Search Underway By West Plains Police Department for Dog Missing After Flood That Claimed Owner’s Life – Asking For Help

West Plains, MO – The community is being asked by the West Plains Police Department to keep an eye out for a missing dog named Shiloh, who may have survived the recent flooding that tragically claimed the life of her owner.

Shiloh, who was believed to have escaped during the night of the flood, was possibly spotted in the Thornburg area near Armstrong Flooring. Her current whereabouts remain unknown.
