On January 24 the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department served a narcotics search warrant at the Foxtrot Apartments on Valley Avenue in Ava. The search warrant was the result of a covert narcotics investigation conducted by the Douglas County Sheriffs Office.
Arrested at the time of search warrant was Jason Hesterlee, 39 of Ava, and Susanne Dobbs, age 41, also of Ava. Both were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Hesterlee is currently on Probation and Parole for Possession of a Controlled Substance his bond was set at $15,000 and Dobbs bond was set at $10,000.
