WEST PLAINS, Mo. — The West Plains Council on the Arts has announced that due to overwhelming demand, a second no-sew quilted fabric ornament workshop will be offered in December.
The first workshop will be conducted by local artist Tara Hensley, on December 10 from 6:30-8:30 pm at The Hampton Inn location in West Plains. The second workshop will take place Saturday, December 14 from 10 am to 12 pm at the West Plains Senior Center.

The cost for either workshop is $30 and all supplies included.
