Houston, MO. – A man from Sedalia was arrested in Texas County recently which led to him facing four felony charges.
According to the probable cause statement, this stems from an altercation that took place on February 25th. A Texas County Sheriff’s Office Deputy investigated a report of an assault between two victims and Leslie Sigman, 52 of Sedalia.
Sigman claimed no assault took place, but the victims were noted to have been inflicted with lacerations on their faces and heads. Victim testimony states the argument happened over a set of lost car keys. The argument escalated, which led to Sigman attacking both the male and female victims, who were holding an infant and toddler at the time.
Sigman now faces two counts of Felony 3rd Degree Assault, and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
