Self-Defense Law Debated in Mo. Senate Committee

Jefferson City, Mo. – Tuesday morning, the Missouri Senate Transportation, Infrastructure and Public Safety Committee heard nearly two hours’ worth of testimony on Senate Bill 666. Supporters of this bill see it as an extension of Missouri’s Castle Doctrine and Stand Your Ground laws, allowing Missouri law to closely mirror the self-defense laws of Wisconsin.
