Semi Crash Seriously Injures 1 Adult, 1 Infant

Mountain Grove, MO. – A two-vehicle accident involving the collision of an SUV and a semi-truck has ended in the serious injury of an adult and infant juvenile from Mountain Grove, MO.

The investigator of this crash was Corporal J.D. Piccinino of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G.

The report states that a 2020 Freightliner was traveling Eastbound along Highway 60 when a collision occurred at 8:30 am this morning, roughly 3 miles East of Mountain Grove, MO.

According to the report, the Freightliner being driven by Kenneth Williams, 55 of Hartman AR, pulled in front of a GMC Denali traveling Northbound, striking it. The Denali was being driven by Crystal Burke, 42 of Mountain Grove. The Denali was totaled and both Burke and an infant passenger sustained serious injuries

All involved were wearing their safety devices, and both injured individuals were transported to Cox South in Springfield for treatment.
