Houston, MO. – A crash near Houston, MO. has led to the injury of several, and the fatality of one driver, according to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G. All drivers involved are from Summersville, MO.
The location of this crash was Missouri Highway 17, 9 miles South of Houston. Brylon Robertson, a 24-year-old driver, was travelling northbound when, at roughly 1:25pm of April 20th, he crossed the center line and struck a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix.
The Pontiac was being driven by Kiersten Bradley, a 21-year-old, who was fatally injured in the accident. Courtney Bradley, 22 and a passenger of the Pontiac was seriously injured, and one more passenger, a 2-month-old male, was moderately injured. Robertson was also seriously injured in the accident.
The juvenile and Courtney were taken to Texas County Memorial in Houston, and Robertson was taken to Cox South in Springfield. Neither Courtney nor Kiersten were wearing their safety devices.
This accident was investigated by Master Sergeant D.B. Pounds of Troop G, and was assisted by Corporal S.J. Crewse, Trooper C. Davis, Trooper N.B. Poynter, the Raymondville and Summersville Fire Departments, and MODOT.
