Eminence, MO. – Yesterday afternoon, officials with the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of a man in relation to a stolen side-by-side in Eminence.
The stolen SXS was reported on July 14th around 9:24pm, and was found yesterday morning at 8:15am near the Eminence City Park. The location of the vehicle made Jacon Thompson stand out as the primary suspect.

Thompson admitted to taking the vehicle, as well as a bluetooth speaker after being interviewed by law enforcement.
Officials say Thompson has been formally charged with Felony Stealing a Motor Vehicle, and is being held in the Carter County Jail on a $50,000 cash or surety bond.
