WEST PLAINS, Mo. — Howell County Sheriff Mike Shannon is urging residents to be aware of their neighborhood and to note any suspicious people or vehicles, especially at this time of the year.
He says people should not leave packages on their porch, and if they can, get some sort of video or surveillance equipment:
