Koshkonong, MO. – This morning, a shooting incident was confirmed to have occurred at the Mini-Mart in Koshkonong, MO.
The Oregon County Sheriff’s Office was quick to respond to the scene. Information is that an altercation developed at the location before a shot was fired. The suspect fled without being taken into custody, and the Koshkonong School was contacted and safety protocols were enacted.

Reportedly, the suspect was apprehended shortly after, and no injuries came about as a result of the incident. No identification of the subject has been released, and an official statement has yet to be released.
