West Plains, MO. – Current investigations and charges are being focused around the State School, Ozarks Horizon in West Plains, regarding reports of assault of a 13-year-old with autism.
The school fired the individuals involved in the investigation when it started. It appears that an investigator provided information of police surveillance of the incident.

Charged with Child Abuse and Endangering the Welfare of a Child are Barbara Baker, Barbara Stark, Cheryl Silva, Karen Gore, Teresia Huddleston, and Vernetta Burges.
