Students, parents, and community members are invited to the 2025 SoMoTech CTE Showcase Night on Thursday, March 20, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at 407 W Thornburgh St, West Plains.
The event will feature live demonstrations and student projects from SoMoTech’s hands-on career training programs. Attendees can explore a variety of high-demand fields, including:

- Auto Mechanic Technology
- Carpentry
- Commercial & Advertising Art
- Culinary Arts
- Electric Line Technology
- Health Science
- Practical Nursing
- Surgical Technology
- Welding Technology
“This is a great opportunity for students and families to see what career and technical education is all about,” said Dr. Josh Cotter, Director. “We encourage anyone interested in these fields to come by, ask questions, and see what our students are learning.”
Guests can meet instructors, talk to current students, and learn about training programs that lead to rewarding careers. Free hotdogs, chips, and drinks will be available while supplies last.
