Willow Springs, MO. – Starting on Monday, a new program will be coming to Willow Springs. This will all take place in the Ferguson Building, 127 East Main Street, at 6 PM.
The idea behind this program is to make people healthy, and focuses on the topic of helping people to quit smoking. These classes are free to attend, and are being organized by Paula Bettcher, who knows the benefits of kicking her addiction.
“I got to the point where I couldn’t breathe through my nose…” Said Paula, who truly believes quitting smoking was one of the best decisions she’s made in her life. She has been able to completely drop the habit for an ongoing 23 years.
Class sizes are not limited, and will occur Monday through Thursday nights.
