Oregon County, MO. – Student athletes in Oregon County looking forward to the 2024-2025 athletic season are being offered free physicals by Ozarks Healthcare in select locations over the next week or so.
These free physicals are being put into place by Nurse Practitioner Glenette Haney, based out of the Ozarks Healthcare Alton Clinic.
The first free physical period takes place tomorrow, August 2nd at the Couch School from 8am to 3pm.
The second free physical period will be taking place at the Oregon County Health Department, 10 Court Square in Alton, from 8am to 12pm on August 9th.
All students involved will need to sign a consent and medical history form, as well as current insurance information from a parent or legal guardian.
