WEST PLAINS, MO – Ozarks Healthcare is pleased to announce that Sue Hudson, registered nurse (RN), MSN, passed the Infusion Nurses Certification Corporation’s (INCC’s) March 2023 Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI®) Examination. In doing so, she joins an elite, global community of nearly 3,000 active CRNI®s.
“Specialized nursing certification provides personal satisfaction, validates expert knowledge, builds professional credibility, and promotes recognition from employers, peers, other healthcare professionals and patients,” INCC Chair Kathy Puglise, MSN, ED, BSN, CRNI® stated. “The CRNI certification is an added value, as it raises the bar in providing proficient infusion care and can directly affect positive patient outcomes. Earning CRNI status is a commendable achievement, and one to be extremely proud of.”
“I wanted to do something that assures my employer, my peers, and most importantly, my patients, that I am committed to providing exceptional, compassionate care to our community,” Hudson said. “By achieving CRNI® status, I am providing the highest quality standard of care possible.”
The CRNI® Exam tests the knowledge and expertise of RNs in three core areas of infusion therapy practice: principles of practice, access devices, and infusion therapies. In doing so, the Exam validates the extensive knowledge and skills that an RN, who is an expert in infusion nursing, possesses.
