A Summersville man was killed in a dirt bike accident Wednesday afternoon in Texas County.
38-year-old Jesse Blanks was killed when his dirt bike ran off the right side of the road and overturned. Blanks was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

The accident happened at 3:25 p.m. on Highway TT, one mile east of Eunice. According to Troop G of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, this is the eighth fatality of 2020, compared to six at this time last year.
