West Plains, MO. – The final day to day to enjoy the Splash Pad at Butler’s Children Park, 1135 West Broadway Street, will be Sunday, September 11. The Splash Pad will be shut down until spring of 2023. An official opening date will be announced later.
“Seeing the kids enjoy the Splash Pad has been great,” said City of West Plains Community Services Director Todd Shanks. “We look forward to turning the Splash Pad back on again next Spring.”
While the Splash Pad will be unavailable beginning Monday, September 12, residents will continue seeing changes at the park. Installation of the new all-inclusive playground equipment is scheduled to begin within the next few weeks.
