The Shannon County Sheriff’s Office reports that Gary Rush was arrested for a hit-and-run incident on County Road 412. Rush allegedly struck another vehicle and failed to stop, leaving the scene of the accident. During the investigation, it was also discovered that Rush had no insurance, no vehicle registration, and an expired driver’s license.
