Suspect in Wednesday Law Enforcement Operation Apprehended

West Plains, MO. – The suspect involved in the morning law enforcement operation of Wednesday, October 11th in West Plains has been apprehended, according to a recent post from the Howell County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the post, during the morning hours of Wednesday, a search warrant was executed near County Road 8190. This was made in order to attempt to apprehend a man identified as Rain Collins. Collins was not apprehended in the initial search, even as a perimeter was formed in the area upon his escape.

Later that day, at roughly 11:55pm, Collins was found and taken into custody. He was then taken to the Howell County Adult Detention Center on a felony warrant of Receiving Stolen Property, and a violation of Parole and Probation. No bond was set.
