Tecumseh Man Completes 2.5 Week Long Hiking Trail

Tecumseh, Mo. – Ozark Radio News got the opportunity to talk to Bill Driscoll, a Tecumseh man of 66 who recently completed the Ouachita Trail which spans from Arkansas to Oklahoma, across 223 miles. During the interview, Bill talks about the time it took him, the training it required, and his love of getting into nature.

Bill retired from the Missouri Department of Conservation 15 years ago, and has since been enjoying his love of nature through hiking. For such an endeavor, Bill has had to train himself up and to understand the limitations and needs of his body in order to be able to undertake this challenge. Congratulations to Bill for his achievement, and for being an outstanding citizen of the Ozarks.
