The City of Thayer recognized Mark Arnold for 39 years of service to the community. Arnold served as Thayer’s Fire Chief and Director of Emergency Management. The community thanks Arnold for his years of hard work and dedication to the fire department. Arnold says it was an honor to serve the City and the residents of Thayer.
