WEST PLAINS, MO – The Howell County Commission is the Keynote Sponsor of the Ozarks Small Business Incubator’s (OzSBI) signature National Small Business Week celebration, EPIC: An Ozarks Eclipse Experience. OzSBI is grateful to the Howell County Commission for sponsoring Keynote Brook Kauffman. Brooke is nationally recognized as an expert in preparing communities for the economic impact of a solar eclipse. Thanks to the generous support of the Commission, Brook will be doing two keynote presentations at EPIC-one for communities and the other to help small businesses prepare.
