Gainesville, MO. – Three individuals were seriously injured following a head-on vehicle collision crash on Monday, June 24, 2024.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, the crash occurred at 7:45 p.m. 15 miles east of Gainesville on U.S. 160. 24-year-old Blaine Tillis, a resident of Lakeview, Arkansas, was traveling west when he crossed the center line and struck an oncoming vehicle head-on. Tillis was seriously injured in the crash and taken to Ozark Healthcare in West Plains, Missouri. Angela and Mark Adams, the driver and passenger in the second vehicle, were also seriously injured. Angela Adams was taken to Cox South in Springfield via Air Ambulance and Mark Adams was taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains.
