Three people were injured in a collision in Carter County Monday. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a 30-year-old Springfield woman was injured when she failed to yield to an oncoming vehicle at the intersection of U.S. Highway 60 and State Route V in Ellsinore.
A 25-year-old woman and four-year-old boy in the second vehicle were also injured.

All three were taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.
