Three Injured in Tuesday Evening Crash in West Plains

Traffic was slowed Tuesday evening while emergency personnel cleaned up a traffic crash on U.S. Highway 160, just south of West Plains city limits. The Missouri State Highway Patrol tells Ozark Radio News that a vehicle occupied by two Birch Tree residents, a 42-year-old man and a 46-year-old woman, pulled onto West 160 from a business parking lot, into the path of an oncoming vehicle. The driver of the oncoming vehicle was a 49-year-old West Plains man. All three were taken to Ozarks Healthcare by ambulance with minor injuries.
