The Missouri State Highway Patrol tells Ozark Radio News that three people were injured in a crash involving three vehicles on Highway 99 near Alton Monday afternoon. MSHP says a 26-year-old Birch Tree man was northbound on Highway 99 when he crossed the centerline and struck two southbound vehicles. A 27-year-old woman from Myrtle, a 28-year-old woman from Birch Tree, and a 49-year-old Peace Valley man were taken to Ozarks Healthcare for treatment of injuries.
