Cherokee Village, AR. – Three teens have been arrested following an altercation that involved a gun, according to recent reports.
This arrest occurred on October 16th and involved Carson Rose, 19, Autumn Hall, 18, and Shawn Biby, 19. This stemmed from a fight between teenagers that was called into law enforcement near the Omaha Dam.
Reports state that Rose had fired a gun and left the scene. After law enforcement followed Rose to a residence on Keosauqua Drive, the gun was found to be a CO2-compressed air pistol.
Rose was arrested on charges of 3rd Degree Assault, 2nd Degree Terroristic Threatening, and two counts of 3rd Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.
Hall was arrested on a charge of 2nd Degree Assault.
Biby was taken in on a charge of Failure to Appear.
All were taken to the Sharp County Detention Center and were released on Wednesday, October 18th.
