(West Plains) While the nation as a whole celebrated National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day Thursday, it was also a chance to thank and recognize law enforcement personnel locally.
Ozark Radio News spoke with West Plains police chief Stephen Monticelli, and asked how he became involved in law enforcement.

Chief Monticelli says he is very proud of the men and women of his department.
Stephen Monticelli has been Police Chief for West Plains since November of 2018.
