Traffic Stop In Wright County Leads to Meth Bust

Wright County, MO. – On May 9th, 2022 at approximately 6:21 p.m. Corporal Campbell of the Wright County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop for traffic violations. During the duration of the stop, consent to search was given.

Corporal Campbell located two suspected meth pipes in the center of the vehicle. An additional search into the drivers wallet revealed a plastic bag with a crystal-like substance suspected to be methamphetamine.

Both subjects Mack Moore, age 63 of Seymour and Jacqui Nicholson, age 62 of Seymour were transported to the Wright County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold pending charges.

Moore’s pending charges are possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a revoked license, driving without insurance, and failure to drive on right half of roadway.
Nicholson pending charges are possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
