James Michael Gordon of Beulah will appear in court this August. In August of 2023, witnesses say he and his brother, Christopher Gordon, were engaged in an argument outside of Crow Creek Bar and Grill in Licking when Michael Gordon grabbed a gun and shot his brother in the head and chest. The incident was described as the culmination of an ongoing feud between the brothers.
Gordon is charged with 2nd Degree Murder and Armed Criminal Action.
