Two arrested after routine stop in Texas Co.

On April 29, 2020 at approximately 11:56 PM, a Texas County Deputy on patrol in the Plato/Roby area initiated a traffic stop on Highway 17 for a registration violation.  A records check on the driver Jesse Anderson indicated he had a felony arrest warrant for a probation violation.

Anderson was arrested on the warrant and a search of the vehicle was conducted.  During the search, deputies discovered drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine and a firearm.

The paraphernalia included items used in the distribution of drugs such as a weight scale and individual bags containing methamphetamine.  A passenger in the vehicle Gabrielle Dickinson was arrested as well.

Gabrielle Dickinson

Texas County Prosecuting attorney Parke Stevens charged Gabrielle L. Dickinson, age 23 of West Plains with Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Dickinson was held in the Texas County Jail pending a $250,000 bond.

Jesse L. Anderson, age 37 of Hollister was held in the Texas County Jail on the probation violation warrant with no bond.
