Two Arrested in West Plains for Sale of Methamphetamine

West Plains, MO. –Two people in West Plains have been arrested for the sale of methamphetamine and are facing associated felony charges.

The individuals arrested are Willard Martin, 58, and Nichole Wilburn, 35, both of West Plains. The Howell County Sheriff’s Office received information that the pair were distributing meth, which led to a search warrant being executed on April 15.

Inside the residence on Cherry Street, approximately 190 grams of suspected methamphetamine were found, along with various drug paraphernalia and around 100 suspected Oxycodone pills.

Both Martin and Wilburn are facing charges of 1st Degree Drug Trafficking and Keeping or Maintaining a Public Nuisance. Martin is also facing an additional charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
