Deputies from the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office recently served an arrest warrant for Theresa Patrick Haynes in Winona. Haynes was wanted for being a Probation & Parole Absconder from Henry and Shannon Counties.
During the course of the arrest, both Haynes and and another subject, Candice Chilton Gatten, were found in possession of illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia, both of which are felony offenses. As a result, both individuals were transported to the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office for incarceration.
