Mountain Grove, MO. – Two have been arrested in Mountain Grove during a traffic stop after a K9 unit revealed illegal drugs.
The time and date of this incident was April 11th at 11:30pm. The Mountain Grove Police Department had requested assistance from the Wright County Sheriff’s Office to deploy a K9 unit. K9 Alex was deployed who shortly after gave a positive alert to suspected methamphetamine found in the vehicle.

Two Mountain Grove residents, Jessica Mikel, 44, and Lerenda Smith, 33, were both arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
