Two people were arrested Sunday in Douglas County on charges of possession of methamphetamine.
Ervin Harrison, 63, of Ava, and Kelly Wilson, 55, of Heber Springs, Ark., were arrested on Dec. 10, 2023, by Douglas County Sheriff’s deputies.
At the time the two were found, deputies located the methamphetamine and syringes used to inject methamphetamine. Harrison was issued a warrant for possession of a controlled substance, with his bond set at $25,000 cash-only. Wilson was issued a $15,000 cash bond. Harrison had an active felony warrant out of Arkansas for absconding and had been living in Douglas County. Douglas County Deputy Sam Evans received information on Harrison’s location.
