Salem, MO. – Two adults from Salem, MO. have been injured after crashing a car into a tree late last week.
According to the report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol on the accident, the vehicle was a Chevy Cavalier that was extensively damaged after striking a tree. The location was Highway 19, eight miles south of Salem, MO. At around 11:05am on the day of Friday, February 16th, the driver, Kevin Henson, 43 of Salem, MO., ran off the right side of the road, which led to the vehicle striking the tree.
Neither Henson nor a passenger, Marlene Adenkan, 43 of Salem, MO., were wearing their safety devices. Henson suffered moderate injuries, and Adenkan suffered minor injuries. Both were taken to Salem Memorial Hospital for treatment.
