Marshfield, MO. – A pair of people from Seymour have injuries ranging from minor to serious after a modern vehicle struck a horse-drawn wagon yesterday evening.

The time and location of this accident were reported as 6:15 pm on Route P, roughly 7.2 miles Southeast of Marshfield, MO.
Description of crash details states John Hopkins, 41 of Seymour, was driving a GMC Terrain Eastbound. He was distracted looking at his phone when he rear-ended a horse-drawn wagon operated by Melvin Hilty, 54 of Seymour.
Hilty was listed as having suffered serious injuries in the accident, while Hopkins suffered only minor injuries.
