Two Individuals Arrested Surrounding Pair of Fulton County Murders

Salem, AR. – A pair of murders have occurred within the past couple of weeks in Fulton County, AR. While two deaths in such a short time is a blow to their communities, the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office recently released a statement regarding criminal arrests in relation to both cases.

On May 31st, 27-year-old Brandon Chrisco was pronounced deceased with at least one gunshot wound in the Glencoe area.

Meanwhile, on June 1st, 59-year-old David Southerland was found deceased in the Viola area.

In the statement, Jacob Smith, the Fulton County Sheriff, says that both homicides were solved very quickly.

Tabitha Pebler, is currently being charged with 2nd Degree Murder, and has a bond set at $25,000.

Stacie Hickman is charged with 1st Degree Murder, as well as Abuse of a Corpse and Committing a Felony With a Firearm. Her bond has been set at $1,000,000.

Lastly, on the statement regarding these arrests, Smith thanked the quick work of his staff, as well as the Arkansas State Police, and the Salem PD for their assistance in the investigations.
