Two Birch Tree residents are injured in a crash on U.S. 60 at County Road 681. The Missouri State Highway Patrol tells Ozark Radio News that a 39-year-old woman was driving without headlights when her vehicle and another vehicle entered the intersection. She received moderate injuries and was taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains for treatment. The other driver, a 20-year-old female, was taken to Mercy clinic by private vehicle.
