West Plains, MO. – Two local people were injured in a one-vehicle crash in Laclede County on Thursday. According to the report from Trooper Mason of Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop I, the incident occurred at 10:15 a.m. on January 12, 2023 on Highway 32, east of Highway K in southeastern Laclede County.
A 2009 Dodge Avenger driven by Teresa Halsted, age 53 of Mountain View, crossed the center of the roadway, traveled off the left side of the roadway and overturned. Two passengers in the vehicle, Christa Halstead, 35 of Birch Tree, and Benny McBride, 55 of Willow Springs, suffered minor injuries and were taken by Mercy EMS to Mercy Hospital in Lebanon.
