Wright County, MO. – Two people were seriously injured in a one-vehicle accident on April 18, 2024.
The crash happened while traveling eastbound on US 60, 2 miles west of Mansfield at 8:50 a.m. The driver of the vehicle, Jesse Klein, a 46-year-old resident of Springfield, traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned, leaving himself and his passenger, Chad Klein, 40, seriously injured. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, both individuals were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash. Jesse Klein was transported via ambulance to Mercy Hospital and Chad Klein was transported via Air Evac to Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Mo.
