West Plains, MO. – A two vehicle crash near West Plains on Wedesday injured a woman from Dora. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the crash occurred on AB Highway at the intersection of Private Road 6313, two miles south of West Plains at 10:20 a.m.
A 2004 Oldsmobile Bravada driven by Levi Gunter, age 40 of West Plains, traveled off the right side of the road and struck a 2015 GMC Savanna driven by Presten Kelley, 26 of Dora, causing the GMC to overturn. Neither driver had been wearing their seat belt at the time of the impact. Kelley suffered moderate injuries and was taken by private vehicle t o Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains for treatment. Gunter was not reported as being injured in the crash.
