Marshfield, MO. – A 22-year-old driver from Marshfield was injured in a two-vehicle head-on collision yesterday that ended with the totaling of both vehicles.
Trooper N.L. Vines of Troop D of the Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated this accident that took place at 9:55pm last night. The location was Missouri Route 38, less than a mile East of Marshfield.
The sequence of events for this accident were that vehicle 1, a Ford Expedition driven by Jeremy Temen, 53 of Marshfield, went from the Westbound lane and into the Eastbound, into the path of vehicle 2, a Chevy Impala. The Impala was driven by Caitlyn Cardoza, 22, who suffered moderate injuries in the crash.
Cardoza was transported to Mercy in Lebanon for treatment, and was the only reported injury in the crash.
